Kiku is a browser extension for language learners. It pauses video automatically on every subtitle line, giving you a gap to process what was said before the audio moves on. Kiku Pro adds dead-air speed-up. Long stretches without dialogue are dead time in a study session. Music, scenery, action, silence. Kiku Pro plays those faster and drops back to normal speed the instant the next line arrives. Nothing about the listening practice itself changes. You simply spend less of the episode waiting. You set both the speed and how long a gap has to be before it kicks in. The free extension stays free. Auto-pause, Replay, subtitle hiding and support for sites beyond YouTube and Netflix are part of the free extension and are staying there. Pro adds features rather than fencing off existing ones. To activate: install Kiku, click the toolbar icon, paste your key into the Kiku Pro section, click Activate. One purchase covers all your devices, since the licence syncs with your Chrome profile.
